Wrist band, Safety pin on the bra strap are the typical recommendations. Me, I didn't worry about it.

Yep.
it really isn't that important. In the early days, I felt them to see which one seemed to need emptying. LOL

I have one that has always produced more (maybe because it's bigger?) so after the first week, I always started on the same side...

I obsessively record everything on an app (baby connect) but sometimes I go by feel.  I can't remember much of anything lately.

I have this fabulous little contraption called an ItzBeen.  It records when you last changed a diaper, when you last fed, when baby last slept and which side you last nursed.  Best thing ever for a first time mother.

I just wear a bracelet on the side I nursed last on.

I wear a hairband on my wrist. I've been wearing it for 13 months now. lol. It's just second nature to me now to change it from wrist to wrist after nursing.

I really never really paid attention! I just kinda nurse on which ever is convenient.

For the first few weeks I switched my scrunchie from wrist to wrist, but then I started nursing from my left side first at every feeding to try to negate the huge size difference between the two. It didn't help much.
