Do you nusre when your lo has a stomach bug?

Do you nurse you lo during a stomach bug? My dd has been vomiting and she wants to nurse after each time. I don't know if it's best to let her tummy settle or nurse her through it.

Nurse! BM is very quickly digested so even if its coming back up she is getting benifits. Also even if you don't catch the bug you've been exposed and are making antibodies and passing those to her.

just keep nursing when she wants.  what little she does retain is better than none at all.  and your body will adapt the milk to help her keep more down and fight this off.

Nursing is actually one of the best things to do after vomiting. I'm sure her throat is a little sore and bm is the healthiest thing you can give her. I've never thrown up breastmilk, but I imagine it hurts less than the alternatives.
