In my cleavage, sometimes it smells like vinegar.

Normal/not normal?

What can I do to fix this?

Hmm, that's unusual. Any changes in soap/body wash? It's OK to use lotion or powder for the odor.

No change. Sweating more now than before. I got baby powder at the baby shower think I'll use that

I was like that for a few months after my dd was born. Make sure you keep your bra clean and dry and change it daily, and change your nursing pads, if used after every feeding or when they get wet. It did eventually go away.
