Lactation cookies?

I pump and freeze a lot of my milk for ds so when I go back to work, he's 100% set.
My dd, she's 20mo and our bf relationship had to stop when she was 6mo due to thrush we couldn't get rid of :( I nursed through the pain and such, but there was no end in sight.
Anyway, if I pump a bottle out for the little guy because we'll be gone from him (and the other 2) for hours, she steals his milk. Lol.
She steals the bottle, runs away, and drinks it

So I'm thinking, I'll just pump extra for her to drink so she doesn't have to steal it.

So I wanna make some cookies to up my supply a bit.

Does anyone have a good recipe?

The brewers yeast is what is needed, right?

Bump!

Are there other things besides cookies?

The oats, flax, and brewers yeast all help supply, as does the extra extra protein from the wheat flour and nuts/nut butters. The drmomma website goes over it really well, but I keep the screenshot on my phone so that I can keep it on hand :)

Anything with oats can help. Whole/steel cut oats work best.

I really like the recipe that was posted. :)  Other galactagogues: dark leafy greens, chia seeds, basil, nuts
