I could be wrong but pretty sure milk is supposed to be thin. It's a drink, sooo

Why do you think it needs to be thicker?

There is nothing you can eat or drink that will change the consistency or composition of your milk. You could eat nothing but bacon and butter and your milk won't be any fatter.

You can't. But if you could, why would you want to?

Just to clarify, how it "looks" does not tell you how fatty it is. Your sister's milk could seem thicker while your looks like skim yet they'd test the same. Is there something going on with spit up or weight gain that has you asking about this?

its thin to make it easier for baby to swallow it... thickening it could be a choking/gag hazard...!
