Has anyone ever topped off their pumped breasmilk with more breastmilk that was pumped later on? 

is this okay to do..?

You mean for storage? Yes. I've even combined days. Just make sure and label bag with oldest date.

 The fresh milk needs to be at a similair temperature as the milk you're combining it with.

Yep. I never got much at a time so I'd put the bottle in the fridge and then combine it into a bag right before the next time I pumped. This way all of the milk was at the same temperature. I only had two pump bottles so I had to wash them right before I pumped.
