1 mom liked this

1. Do not wear a bra until it resolves.

2. Get into a hot shower and massage, massage, massage.

3. Seek medical attention if you have a fever or the whole breast becomes swollen, tender and/or red.

Dangle feedings, massage, hot compress on the area, etc.

What's dangle feelings? He only nurses 3 times a day he is a year old so only does it when he wakes up,nap and bed time

You nurse over top
Of him. Gravity helps unclog it. For example: you lay him on the floor, you get on all fours, and nurse in that position. That position always works for me.
