Thoughts on Dandelion Leaf while breastfeeding?

I've heard that Dandelion Leaf can "enrich" breastmilk of a mama when consumed...

Thoughts or personal experiences?

Technicaly nothing makes milk richer. It's as rich as can be already.

Nothing wrong with having it. Dandelion leaf is bitter so if bitter's not your thing you might not want it.

Your milk is designed by nature for your baby just as it is. Nursing on demand, unrestricted, is how supply is built and maintained.

Thanks, gals.

I was confused that something might have the capability to make breastmilk "richer" not "more."  :)  No questions about supply, here!

Good to know that breastmilk is breastmilk, no matter what mama consumes...
