We used it to make mac and cheese, my son had issues with cows milk
DH would eat my frozen milk when he had the flu one year. It was all he could keep down, and the milk was going to go to waste anyways. The doctor laughed and said it was a LOT better than going to the ER for IV fluids and said if I could supply, to keep it up. DH got over the flu super fast, too!
