I just had my wisdom teeth out...they didn'twarn me about pumping and dumping...how long will i have to do this? :-( I was only put out for 35 minutes.

Not at all. Once you can safely hold your LO you can nurse.

Yes. I was under for the birth of one of my children and I nursed as soon as I was awake n

Thank you....I've been trying to get her to take a bottle for Assn hour and she won't...after is screaming....so I'm going to nurse her.

No problem. The way I looked at it is if there was anything left in my system that could hurt my LO then I would still be under myself. Once your awake it's worn off.

Your pain meds, if they gave you any, are also safe. How old is your baby?

She is 7 months old. They gave me vicodin that I'm going to use tonight. Addison had no effect from the nursing....so glad i didnt pump and dump!
