No, I have not. I personally think that would be weird, but to each their own!

I've wet nursed my donor baby when we were out to lunch and mama forgot the ring to the bottle (my milk anyways!). It really wasn't a big deal.  Baby was hungry, I had milk.  The biggest problem was our waiter totally noticed her nursing a baby and then me nursing that baby.  We told him our situation and he was surprisingly receptive :)

I haven't, but would if needed.
I constantly feel the urge to nurse my friend's baby when I hold him.

I would. I'm super healthy and on a diary free diet... My best friend and sister in law are both due very soon and I am going to be there to help them get a good star at breastfeeding, but if my nephew or niece need me, I'd gladly be a wet nurse too.

I would do it. I hope my sister chooses to nurse with her baby is due in May...

I totally would! I have wanted to nurse so many babies that I've watched over the years, but never have.

funny story, I knew you nursed your donor milk baby before, didn't know about the waiter!
