Lately my 1 month old daughter gets so mad when she nurses. She'll latch and unlatch over and over and get so frustrated. She can be on the boob for an hour and act like she's starving. I don't think shes getting enough :( she has 6 wet diapers a day but didn't poop yesterday or so far today.

How's her height and weight? They can go a week without a bowel movement.

Her diaper count is fine
could be a growth spurt or she could have a tongue or lip tie.
You could try a nipple shield but I would talk with her doctor or go see a lactation specialist

at this age it is normal not to poop for a few days to a week. Also try getting her a pacifier....

Sounds like a growth spurt, as long as you're changing 6 diapers in a 24 hour period, you're golden! Breastfed babies can sometimes go 10-14 days without a BM, totally normal!

My 3 month old has a BM every 3-4 days, he gets plenty.

She's 20 inches and she's probably about 9 lbs. We went to her doctors appt last week and she was 8 lb 14 oz

We've tried a pacifier, she doesn't like them very much

Headed for a new growth spurt! Everything is normal, mama--just nurse on demand. If you can, take a picture of her mouth, under her tongue if you can. We might be able to tell if there is a potential tie. Is nursing painful at all? Also, massaging your breast while she nurses will help the flow along. As she gets older, she may knead it herself to help things along. Spacing poops our is normal at her age; her body is able to absorb more of the substance in breastmilk, so there is less waste. As long as her poop looks like thick soup and not pellets, she's fine. Be prepared for the pooplosion! :P

The ONLY measure of not getting enough is the dipe count. 6-8 changes a day.

Her behavior is quite normal. At this age, I get more concerned when they're NOT this way... it means the spurt is over and clothes are about to be outgrown and some blowout dipes may be on the way. **grin**
