I think my nursing journey is over :(

This morning, my dd said "no milk, I big girl...I wanna wrap" (egg and cheese on a tortilla wrap).

I asked her if she was done with nursing, and she shook her head yes, and said "s'ok mommy, I big girl".

I'm glad, but sad :(. We made it almost 23 months. We had a good run <3

Cute, and a little bittersweet. But who knows what tomorrow will bring. ;-) We've seen weaned toddlers kick it up full blast again after a couple of weeks.

Aww. Mine is 19 months. There are days I wish he was done. Then I think of him being done, and it makes me sad. My first was 23 months too.

She may change her mind as soon as she gets a boo boo. It may not be completely over. Just changing.

HUGS momma, if this is sudden and she normally nurses multiple times a day I would still offer just in case.  Give it 2 weeks beore calling it weaned and over!

You did great!!

Mine turns two in February too! :) Way to go! You had a great run. Mine is showing zero interest in being a big girl, lol.

Congratulations for making it that far. It is bittersweet. Mine stopped nursing at 15 months I was so sad, she is my last.

Congratulations!!!

My son turns 2 on Wednesday and was BEGGING at the library today.  So I nursed him.  Can't believe how much I have changed that I boldly nurse a 2 year old in public.  :D

23 months? woohoo

You did a GREAT job at that, but I agree, it doesn't have to be done maybe tomorrow she'll want to be a baby :)
