nosey nurseling

My 4 month old now acts like she won't nurse because she wants to look around. She will latch on and after a minute or two she stays latched but starts wiggling and turning her head, eventually she will quit nursing to watch tv, stare at the bookshelf, whatever... I've tried a quiet, dark room but she still gets distracted. Singing worked at first, but now she unlatches to "sing" along. Anyone have any tips for a nosey nurseling?

I just feed on demand when my DS gets hungry (he is 8 months old). When they're hungry, they tend to take it more seriously and not be so distracted!
