HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUTUMN

1 year ago today I gave birth to my lol Autumn. 7lbs 2oz. We had rough couple of months but we finally made it to our goal of 1 year of breastfeeding without formula. Today she's 20 lbs 140z. Without you ladies we wouldn't have made it this far at all.she's so do energetic and smart. Points at things, walks now, pulls pillow on me when she wants to nurse. Talking so many words. She's so independent even though a pick her up whenever she cried and don't let her cry herself to sleep. She's such a calm, happy, lovable baby. I wish you ladies could meet her

Also how should breastfeeding continue after 1? Diapers? Nursing sessions? I'm currently looking for a job all I know is good before nursing now right?

Mine is 15 months and I still nurse demand except while I am at work.

He eats regular meals drinks out of a sippy cup during the day.

I dunno if I am doing it right but he is happy and healthy and growing.

So good enough in my opinion

Happy Birthday, Autumn and Congratulations, Mama! :-) You can nurse on demand when you're home, no need to worry about whether it's before or after solids any more. No need to pump at work unless you get uncomfortably full. As long as she nurses 3-4 times a day, no need for any other milk. Water and food are fine when you're at work.

That's awesome :) do I have to watch diaper count?
