Abd yes the pay program they pay moms. They do both. The idea is to encourage mother's to pump more witch inturn can help fix the shortage in donor mikk and save babies lives ♡

I don't know. It doesn't say prolacta on their website, but they could be. Either way they're not just accepting and giving out or selling milk, they're selling milk products.
