Can I take asprin while breastfeeding

I have a huge headache and no Tylenol. Ive eaten, drank a soda, drank water ect its from lack of sleep can I take it?

Ibuprofen is safe. Aspirin is not.

You can try Excerine tension headache. It's the only one without aspirin. That's what I take for really bad headaches and migraines.

No asprin, but i heard coffee helps with a headache. They put caffine in excedrine for that reason. But asprin gets into your milk
