My dd's lip and tongue ties. It was a struggle we never overcame.
The next would be my over active letdown with both boys.

OAL, ties, thrush... But I think the most difficult has been an unsporting family.

Latch, which we never overcame so 6 months later I'm EPing. Only issue with EPing was last week when the power cord of my pump died. I posted on my local B/S/T site for advise on where to find one and a nice lady had the suction of her pump go out so she gave me her cord. :)

Latching before ties were revised. I remember the first night home from the hospital, I spent an hour and a half trying to latch on my hungry crying baby at 3am. Talk about a struggle. There's nothing that would have made me give up though, short of my death!
