To satisfy my curiosity, is this a lip tie? It's hard to judge on your own kid!

Here are the cute "bucket baby" pics. Can you believe this guy is 7 months old already?!!

Is he getting cuter??? 😊
In my "I'm not an expert" opinion, I think it looks like one. Can you get a picture of his tongue? He most likely has a PTT also.

I think so, but I'm likely biased :-)

I think so too. When he was a newborn, nursing hurt so bad at the beginning of a session that sometimes I'd yell. And he had a hard time maintaining a latch at first too the point he'd stop trying and wail in frustration at least a couple of times a day for the first month or so. Never having dealt with that, I didn't think about a tie. But with checking his teething progress I saw and wondered if that's what it was.

He's asleep now, but I'll check his tongue in the morning... If I can!

Definitely, and there is most likely a posterior (deep) tongue tie as well. There is a post from Poodlemum in the resources sticky with pictures, links and a list of reputable providers by state who revise ties.

I don't think so, I always pick him up when he cries!
