I want to try it... im desperate to lose weight.. I've increased my activity level a lot and have change my diet to more healthy whole foods... I've only seen minimal changes...

I guess im asking if it would be ok to try?

Save yourself some money and just eat more fruits and veggies. Weight loss supplements whittle WALLETS, not waistlines.

At this point, don't expect huge changes. Still early. Nine months on, MINIMUM nine months off and usually a lot longer.

And I'll add... anything that claims to detox is strictly off limits.

I've heard about a lot of people losing by simply going grain free. If you haven't already, cut out all processed food. Crave a sweet, eat a fermented food (aka properly fermented sauerkraut or pickles like bubbies or ones done at home). Eat 6 small meals consisting of a protein and veggie/fruit every day. I'm sure you know most of this. Make slow gradual changes to your overall diet and activity level, and don't expect drastic weight changes.
