What can I take?

My baby is just shy of 3 weeks old. The last few days, I have been rather constipated. Is there anything I can take, that is safe?

Anything high in fiber....lots of fruits and veggies :) and stay away from dairy. Smoothies with no bananas :)

I was probably still taking colace from the hospital off and on at that point. The infant risk mommymeds app lists is as "probably safe". Of course it would be better if a fiber in your diet works first and you could avoid anything pharmaceutical.

Up your fluid intake, more vegetables and "p" fruit--prunes, pears, peaches.
