chest palpitations

Last night I had a wierd chest "palpitation" while nursing.  It only happened once or twice prior to last night so I didn't worry about it.  But last night it happened 3x and all where when I started nursing on the left side.  Each only lasted a few seconds.  Has anyone had this before?

How old is your baby? I had issues right after my baby was born, in which I could feel my heartbeat in my chest. It felt like it was racing, yet it was going incredibly slow (45-52 bpm). I felt it more when I was nursing. Turns out I had developed a touch of post partum pre-eclampsia. I've been on meds for 10 days now, and doing much better!

May be the position you're in. I've had them come on due to bending over.

I've had those too. Better hydration and magnesium supplement took care of it.
