I hVe eaten healthy no pop no junk and I exercise even at work since I'm on my feet ad walking and bending repeatedly. I can't seem to lose weight or inches so I came across this online. Anyone hear anything about this and can I take it while nursing Autumn?

You probably won't lose anything until you stop. Crazy way breastfeeding works on some people. It's not good to diet it detox while nursing because the can transfer through the milk is what's told.

I wouldn't recommend diet pills even if you weren't breastfeeding. Nothing claiming to be a "magic bullet" ever is. These things have a tendency to backfire and people find they gain back the weight and then some. Have you looked into Weight Watchers' program for breastfeeding moms?

I would just start counting calories.

I wouldn't use those even if I wasn't breastfeeding. The active ingredient was linked to 23 cases of liver damage and 1 death in 2009.

Join myfitnesspal, count your calories, track your exercise. Add 300 calories of breastfeeding as cardiovascular exercise each day in addition to whatever other exercise you do. Aim to lose 1 lb per week.

Don't risk taking those while breast feeding (not even when you're not but for sure not while you are nursing )

I only exercise at work. My job is a factory. Constant bending over, walking and standing

OK, how about the "non-junk" foods you do eat?

Here's what SHOULD be on your menu:

Lean meats (chicken, fish)

MINIMAL amounts of beef and pork

LOTS of green veggies, especially the leafy variety

No "white" - that means rice, potatoes, bread, milk, pasta. Whole grain foods for the grains you do consume.

Check out the South Beach diet for ideas. But NO PILLS. Ever.

I tried fish but it tastes nasty lol. Idont drink milk and I have a starch whenever I cook dinner. Meat, veggies and starch. I went from eating three times a day to just once because of work.
