George's Aloe is Anthraquinone free. It won't cause cramping.
I'm not sure what benefit you are looking for when drinking the juice. but you can actually just eat the pulp by itself or add it to smoothies. Then you don't have to worry about the added ingredients in the juice. As long as you don't add too much it won't cause diarrhea. I usually just add about a tablespoon to a smoothie.
