I have had this for a whole month now and now again I got a clogged milk duct. This time it's been 3days and it won't go away!!! I'm in so much pain sometimes :( help please!!!

Massage and warm compresses before nursing. Dangle nursing; lay baby on floor or bed, get on your hands and knees over the baby and nurse with your breasts hanging down. Ibuprofen and cold compresses in between feedings for pain. For the milk blister, sterilize a needle, apply a warm compress for a few minutes then gently scratch the blister open. Lecithin supplements help reduce the frequency of clogged ducts. You can find them in the vitamin/supplement section of your favorite store.
