I thought that it was the best mainstream article on breastfeeding that I have read in a long time, if not ever!

very interesting points. thanks for sharing this!! i nursed till 2 1/2years and their dad was upset when he found out i quit (he was deployed)

I like this Article! I'm tandem nursing a 2 year old and almost 6 month old! And we need more encouragement and acceptance of extended breastfeeding, I hope this article helps people understand the nature of breastfeeding.

Yes! That's why I was so surprised that it was from a mainstream news outlet. I prefer full-term breastfeeding. Extended makes it seem like it isn't normal. 😉
