How can I heal this?

I exclusively pump for my one month old. Well I have this like sore/lesion on the side of one nipple, not exactly a cut. I noticed last night after pumping that it's leaking puss I guess. Clear liquid. So am I pumping in the puss? How will it heal? I've aired it out but I can only go so long without pumping and it opening.

Put some of your milk on it and let it air dry. Coconut oil can help also.

Lanolin can help. Airing out with breastmilk works great. Make sure you are using the correct sized flange.

Yup to both the above, called my doc and have to see them tomorrow 😒 so annoyed. Nothing but issues with this post partum, I'm tempted just to stop pumping altogether.

Pus is not clear. Coconut oil, lanolin or breastmilk on the spot and go braless. Coconut oil on the inside of the flanges before pumping will help.
