She started eating solids full time around a year, I think.. I can't really remember, but it was around then.. she weaned herself off the breast just before her second birthday. I was really surprised she did because she loved breast milk.

My babies started tasting and playing with solids around 6 or 7 months but mine were nursing much more than eating solids until 18 months or so. My 5 babies weaned at: 15 months, 2 at 24 months, next one at 39 months and my youngest is 26 months and still nursing. (Though around 2, my babies were nursing at bedtime and maybe one other time a day.)

Dd started solids on a regular basis at 15 months, nursed until 32 months. Ds started solids daily at about 10 months and is still nursing at 19 months

I started giving them cereal at about 4 or 5 months. My first stopped nursing at 18 months, the second at 20 months, and the third at about 18 or 19 months.

Mine weren't really into solids until 16-24 months. I let them self wean, and they wrre both past their third birthdays. By then, however, they were only nursing a few times a week, not even every day.

Aww yeah my ds is almost 18 months, loves to nurse but he is transitioning to more solids around this time..

Just wondering if any mamas were like that too with their LO's :)

We start solids around 8-9 months. They don't eat much until after a year.

All but one of mine were around 18 months before they really started enjoying solids. The one was wild about solids from 6 months on. I had one wean at 3 while I was pregnant. My twins were 4.5 when I forced weaned them. I'm currently nursing my 4.5 year old, almost 3 year old, and 1 year old.
