With all sorts of interesting things-happening lately, I have been extremely stressed, and my milk productions is dwindling. I'm not ready to stop breastfeeding, I was planning to stop around a year or so, not 4 months. But Im not sure my body is going to let me continue for very long. I need help, or hints to managing stress w/out losing my milk supply. I know excersie helps in the stress department, but I was also told that I need to be careful with that aswell. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also try to pare back to the essentials. Stress frequently comes from trying to take too much on. Don't be afraid to let some things go. Nobody really wants, "She kept the cleanest house in town" on their tombstone. :-D
