Weaning help-

i am weaning my 5 month baby and am fine with it (finally), but still have the nighttime feedings.  usually only enough milk for two.  i know i want to stop these, but get rather anxious when my breast become very "knotty" and tender. should i just suffer through it, is there something i can take to help dry me up, binding, or what?

cabbage leaves will help, chill them in the fridge and put them in your bra.

Sage pills and cabbage leaves will dry you out in a day.

Be very sure that she's adjusted well to the formula, though, before you take that step.

Don't bind...can lead to mastitis.
