Low-Carb and Breastfeeding

I have a question about low carb.  Pre Pregnancy I ate low carb...not hard core, just limited my carb intake and when I did eat carbs it was whole grain.  I'm a little  hypo glycemic and low carb kept me feeling a lot better.

I stoped eating that way when we were trying to conceive ( read a report that rats on a low carb diet had trouble conceiving, and I didnt want to risk anything!) and of course while I was pregnant.  My question is this, is there a risk of going back to this life style while breastfeeding.  To me its not a diet, just the way I lived.

No problems with limiting your carb intake. Atkins isn't a great diet for a breastfeeding mom, but most Americans eat too many carbs and it doesn't hurt to limit them.
