Hi everyone, I know when you are nursing a baby you burn about 500 extra calories and I've read you should consume at least 1,800 cal/day. I'm nursing an almost 2 year old a few times a day and wondering if I still burn an extra 500 cal or because I don't nurse as much, do I burn less than that. I'm having trouble losing weight lately, but I might be eating just a little too much Tongue out.
