Trying to figure out an allergen(bfing, not solids)
Should I eliminate all for two weeks, and then reintroduce one by one?And how long should I wait to reintroduce them? (like how long should I wait to see if my baby's behavior changes?) Or elminate one at a time and figure it out that way? What are the biggies to cut out? When I reintroduce that food, do I just look for the symptoms that I noticed prior to cutting them out?
