Except for right at first when my son was still learning how to latch on properly, we have never had any trouble with breastfeeding. However, when I woke up last night to feed him I had a burning ache along the side of my breast from armpit to nipple. It has gotten a little better over the day, but I'm starting to wonder if I need to do something more than I have been. I've had a hot cloth on it a few times today, and have been feeding my baby more on that side. I thought it might be a plugged duct. Does anyone have some advice for me?

You're doing exactly the right things. Point baby's chin toward that side if you can manage it.
You can also take tylenol for the soreness.
