Eating Question

My eleven month old eats all table food.  The only problem we have is he constantly spits out the vegetables.  He eats all fruit cut up, any kind of meat and pastas, but not the cut up vegetables.  We have even tried hiding them in other foods and he still seems to find them and spit them out. Anyone else have this problem or a suggestion.

Babies taste buds are always changing. Usually veggies are okay until they start eating other food. Then the other stuff tastes better so they don't want the veggies. Don't give up offer him veggies but don't be discouraged if he doesn't want them. He can still get the nutrients he needs from other food. Since he likes pasta whole grain pasta is a great source of  fiber.

Give him his veggies first, then after he eats most of them add the other food to his meal.. Try to see what veggies he does like.
