How to convince her...

Everybody says that when kids are ready to use the potty, they are ready and they do it very fast... the problem is that we are going on vacation soon and I need my DD to be potty trained...

She knows what the potty is for, sometimes she says she has to go, we take her and she sits on it for 2 seconds and either say she is done or that she does not have to go... I try to put her in the morning as soon as she wakes up and she says "No NO NO, no want to"

In school they take her every time the other girls go but the same, does not want to sit...

Please I need ideas and tips to convince her or her vacation is going to be miserable!

We give books or something for our dd to look at. It helps keep her distracted and she relaxes enough to go. We are going on a trip this summer so I am going to get a portable potty to take with us. For emergancies.
