So, I went to Amazon.com in October and bought 2 Self Help books about Trich.  One of them was 'Help For Hair Pullers'  by Nancy J. Keuthen, Ph.D., Dan J. Stein, M.D., Gary A. Christenson, M.D.

I didn't really start reading it until a week or so ago and already it's really helping me.  I'm learning to be more aware of my hair pulling.  It has several Excercises to do.  I just started doin the first one.  It's basically just telling you to keep track of all the hair you pull throught the day.  Keep a piece of paper and a pen with you and every time you pull a hair, mark it down.  At the end of the day write the total of hairs you pulled that day.  Do that for a week.

I am on day 4.  On day 1, I pulled 7.  On day 2, I pulled 8.  On day 3, I pulled 10.  So far today I've pulled only 1 hair.  Normally I would pull anywhere from 5-20 hairs in just one session.  So this is really working, so far.

I would def. recommend this book!
