Jalapenos

My son decided to grow jalapenos this year.  We have 4 plants, and they've done VERY well.  Any ideas on how to preserve them/use them with other items to preserve them?

Yeah you can pickle them! If you are canning pickles, beans, or anything that is going to be pickled you can cut on up and make it a spicy whatever you are pickling

I made pickled jalapenos.  I sliced them and then made a solution of half water half vinegar and a bit of salt.  Then poured that over the packed jars.  Processed for 10 minutes.  They're really good and I'm making more tomorrow.
