Does anyone have any info on the best container for freezing spagitti sauce with meat, chilli, stews and such, just don't want freezer burn..

For these type of foods I use a platic ziplock bag, and suck out any air with a straw in the side. Seal. I lay them flat so they store easier.
I love my glass containers, but for these type of things I would have to have a zillion, and they take up too much room.

I did the ziploc bags but having trouble getting air out of bags. Is there a trick. What about ziploc containers??? Do those work??

Canning jars. Just be sure to leave an inch of "headroom" (space between the lid and the contents of the jar).

How long can u freeze them in those glass jars?? Do u use the plastic ones or the glass?
