I canned pickles last Sunday and the Dill pickle recipe said 1 week until we can open it and eat them but it didnt say anything about the bread and butter pickles on how long they have to sit. Does anyone have any idea on how long?
I let mine sit for 6 weeks so that the pickles have a chance to pick up the flavor of the brine.
