Ok so my husband and I have canned a fare amount of stuff so far and not sure what else we are going to do! So here is the run down of what we have got so far:
Pickles,Peach Butter, Spiced Peach Butter, Peach BBQ Sauce mild and spicy, Peach Slices, Hot Pepper Mix, and Dilly Beans. About 80 jars in all. What have you canned and what are you going to do? I am going to invest in a pressure canner so I can do more. My DH and I love the fact that we know where are food is coming from and what has gone into it.

70+ quarts of green beans, 22 pints of cinnamon applesauce, 3 pints of applebutter, 9 pints zucchini pineapple, 9 pints diced tomatoes, 9 pints "Rotel" tomatoes, 8 half pints of freezer peach jam, 8 1 1/2 quart jars of sliced peaches.
I am planning on canning both sweet and dill relishes this weekend, and I still have beet pickles, sweet pickles, carrots, more tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato sauce, grape juice, and maybe applesauce.
That is awsome! It all sounds so good! I hope canning makes a come back!
