Hi I am brand new to canning, I just got a greenhouse in my backyard next to my raised garden and I'm ready to start canning! I'm super excited and just looking for any information, recipes, tips anything!

My first bit of advice would be Ball Blue Book......get one! It'll be your Canning Bible for a few years! That's how I taught myself how to can many years ago and that was my number one go-to resource. Also, get yourself a COMPLETE set of canning equipment....don't skimp and think you can "make do with what you have." Your canning will be so much more successful with the proper tools! Good Luck!
