I'm Julia.  I'm a SAHM to a 2 year old boy.  I really love keeping up with current events and I care more and more now that I'm a mom.  I think that a lot has to change about the US....but that we need to help get the ball rolling by who we vote for.

Good morning, everyone!
My name is Jennifer. My DH and I have a fabulous DD, Reygan Elizabeth. We both work f/t but opposite schedules to keep her at home. She will be one at the end of April.

I am a registered Republican, but, except for abortion (I am Pro-Life) and the death penalty (for it!) I fear I may be a democrat.

I am not as informed as I would like to be, and am ready to learn lots of new things. I like to debate, but not argue. I try to keep an open-mind, even when I don't agree.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone!

hello my name is jacqui i am a mom of 3 sometimes 4 if you includ my husband =D
i tend to vote republican because though they don't totally represent my views they do in most cases or come closer to it. i am actually independant, socially liberal yet fiscally conservative.

Hey all, I'm Alie, I'm 27 and a SAHM of our first child, 10 1/2 months old, Lizzie, or Elizabeth Anne (named after two of her great grandmothers, one who is still alive a kickingSmile)  I'm a republican, along with my hubby and his side of the family.  My side of the family are all democratic (they say they're independent but everything they've ever voted on is democratic) liberals........we don't discuss politics.  We live in Utah for the time being, but we're both from Maryland, weren't born there but grew up there.  Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and hearing what you have to say about politics.

Oh, and as far as I know, it's the democrats who are for abortions.  I know my mom was telling me that she doesn't agree with abortions but she doesn't think the gov't should control it.  I think the gov't should control it.  Unfortunately, I don't think they will ever stop.

Hi everyone!  I am wife to a U.S. Army  Major now twice deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.  We love our President. We support the Troops and their mission.  I am getting older and starting to feel that I am the  last of a dying breed when the media can make me feel as if there aren't any conservatives anymore. I am also a SAHM of three boys ages 14, 9, and 6.  My oldest is just starting High School in the Fall and  my youngest is in Kindergarten this year. I started providing home school half days in the afternoons this year to my nine year old with Autism.  So many schools either don't know what to do with these kids or won't and so I felt a need to help him bridge the gap between himself and his same age peers by providing more1 on 1 than I could only in the evenings when everything gets crazy at home.  He also was able to attend a new Elementary school this year (the one he should have attended in his home district from the beginning if he had not had a disability).  I have weighed in on some education issues on other groups because of my own experience in a large school and now my childrens' experience in small rural schools, from my two advanced learners to my son wtih Autism who needs a different approach.  I am a supporter of school choice and the right to homeschool.
I GREATLY appreciate this group to be able to talk with other Conservative Moms.  I love to hear new ideas that make me think.

Hello!  I'm Jenni and I have one little two-year-old bundle of boy.  I have always voted republican. . .but I do tend to be a little more moderate than some on a few issues.  I do love GW though and I think that the media has not given him a fair shake!  Nice to meet everyone!

Hello, I'm Shauna, I have 2 beautiful daughters, Kylee, 3 and Makayla, 2...  I guess I can tell my life story in a nutshell cuz it will come out eventually! I was married at 18 to my highschool sweetheart, Patrick, and he was in the Marine Corps, in the 1st Tank Battalion, and was killed in a tank "accident" (I put quotations because no one really knows if it was an accident or not) March 25, 2003 in Iraq.  I was 3 months pregnant with Kylee who was born 6 months to the date after Patrick died.  2 years later I remarried one of Patrick and I's mutual friends, Ray, who is also in the Marines (I know, sounds insane, but it works for me) and we have Makayla together.  I'm a very conservative republican but always willing to listen to new ideas! I love our President (I got to meet him because of Patrick, it was the coolest thing ever!) and I stand behind our troops 100%!  My husband, Ray, is in Iraq right now for the 2nd time, making it his 3rd deployment total! well, thats basically it! (and please, don't feel sorry for me because of whats happened in my life, the way I see it is everything happens for a reason and I may not know the reason now, but eventually I will) Thanks!
