We got to Barnes & Noble a lot so I would have to say about 3-4 times a week =)

Never. They're too expensive.
We buy books from Half-Price Books & our library's bookstore which sells donated books & books withdrawn from the library shelves.
Mostly, though, we just utilize our handy-dandy library card.
We don't have one around here.
I am a emergency c-section, extended formula feeding, cloth/disposable diapering, extended rear facing, sign language teaching, miscarriage survivor (x2), mama to a miracle baby girl who has 2 middle names! (11-19-07)

We go often, I love that place. They have story time on fridays and give them chocolate milk and cookies or something seasonal or pertaining to the story and do a craft and color. It's so cute, the kids love it and then we waste about an hour looking through the books so I don't have to buy much if anything since we read there bc they are expensive. Why do you ask?
Very rarely... we use the library ALL the time (many times a week, many locations) and I buy books at garage sales, Scholastic sale, amazon, Half Priced Books, and ONCE in a while B&N or Borders (but that's rare)
