NEW YORK (AP) -- Hours after confirming her engagement to Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johansson flashed a diamond ring at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala.
Her publicist, Marcel Pariseau, said earlier in the day that Johansson and Reynolds were engaged and had not yet set a wedding date.

I'm always skeptical of Hollywood romances and marriages. ESPECIALLY when one of the parties involved has been engaged previously for many years and a marriage never happened as was the case with Ryan Reynolds and Alannis Morrisette. I'm wondering if he will actually make it down the aisle with Scarlett. And, she is younger than him and very pretty. Is this really a love connection or a simple "damn you're hot" kind of thing? Time will tell I guess.
