she looked better before, a nose job I can see getting done but the rest of her face was fine :/

Her mouth looks weird now. I think the has lost even more weight after getting her initial surgeries, which makes her look different. But I still think she did something with her mouth more recently.
Did her sister ever get a nose job? Ashlee's original nose reminds me of Jess' now.

Loved the nose job. Her mouth looks funny in that last pic but maybe she's just making a face?
