'Last Man Standing' Season 2: Alexandra Krosney will not return to Tim Allen family comedy
ABC is moving Tim Allen's "Last Man Standing" to Friday nights this fall, reviving the old "TGIF"-like comedy block -- and they're making some significant changes to the show in the meantime. Alexandra Krosney, who played Allen's oldest daughter in the first season, will not be reprising her role in Season 2.
TVLine reports that for "creative reasons," producers have given her the boot and will be recasting the role of Kristin, who had a baby during her senior year of high school and still lives at home. Nick Jonas played the baby's deadbeat dad.
It seems an odd decision to make, given that it's a significant role in the sitcom and a recast certainly won't be subtle. Not to mention, out of the three daughters, Kristin was arguably the most likable.
Do You Watch? Who do you think should take over the role?
I don't watch but Til Death did the same thing, they recast the daughter every season. And yeah it was weird.
I saw a few episodes and not sure who should take over the role but I wonder why they gave her the boot!?!
