Kim Kardashian subpoenas Myla Sinanaj, Kris Humphries alleged girlfriend
Kim Kardashian's lawyers have just served her ex-husband Kris Humphries' alleged new girlfriend Myla Sinanaj with a subpoena in the Kardashian-Humphries divorce case, reports TMZ.
Apparently, Humphries has been covering up his relationship with Myla because he and his lawyers were worried it would impact the divorce case. They are demanding a settlement of $7 million from Kim, claiming he was devastated by the divorce. Which is harder to prove if you move on with someone new two months after the papers were filed.
Sources tell TMZ that the Kardashian lawyers are subpoenaing Sinanaj to find out if Kris every spoke with her about his claim that Kim defrauded him. They also want details of text messages and emails sent between Myla and Kris.
Myla's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, tells TMZ his client will comply with the subpoena.
