Miley Cyrus Blasts "Paparazzi Acting Like Fools" After Justin Bieber Car Accident

Miley Cyrus and Floyd Head to the VH1 Divas Show on December 15, 2012

A photographer was struck by a car andkilled yesterday while trying to get a photo of Justin Bieber's Ferrari. (Justin wasn’t even in the car at the time.)

After the incident, Miley Cyrus — who is also followed by paparazzi all the time — tweeted her reaction:

"Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!" Miley tweeted, adding, "It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when your a child not to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."

It does seem like some (not all) celeb photographers need to change their behaviors to include more common sense and less knee-jerk anything to get the shot reactions. According to TMZ’s story, police told the paparazzo to get back, since the whole thing happened after the Ferrari was pulled over for a traffic stop.

Do you think the U.S. needs more laws on the books regarding pap behavior, or is this a matter of obeying existing laws and exercising some personal responsibility?

& Yes people should obey the laws, but some don't. So, even if they made "better" laws for this - the ones who don't obey the current ones, would not obey any new ones.

I have such mixed feelings about this but it does bother me when celebs complain they know going in that its part of it right or wrong

I think the story is sad. Im sorry a man lost his life, but it was his own fault. There should be some laws that help keep things like this from happening.
