Chelsea Handler and Jennifer Aniston

Sorry, Courteney Cox, there's a new sheriff in town. Chelsea Handler is now wearing the other half of Jennifer Aniston's proverbial BFF locket. The unlikely besties have shared bikini time in Cabo, and Chelsea openly slams Jen's arch nemesis, Angelina Jolie, at every turn. Of course Jen returns the favor with multiple visits to Chelsea's chat show.
